Pictured is 188 pounds of fresh produce harvested at the food pantry (King's Garden) in Kingsland, Tx. They have been utilizing our by-product by creating mushroom compost and are floored by the yield increase they've seen in doing so. “Closing in on 7,000 lbs for the year! It's a blessing to play a role in the "well-being" of the community.” Keith Atwood- Volunteer Master Gardener at King' s Garden

We believe in utilizing every piece of our mushroom operation. Our motto is efficiency is key. Mushrooms are masters at efficiency and we learn from them every day. We have crafted a fungal dominant compost that can bring the life back to your soil and improve the microbiome. There is a symbiotic relationship between plants and mycelium that allow a garden or any crop to flourish. Once again, mushrooms bring the ability for plants to become more efficient in their life cycle. This means less nitrogen, less water, and bigger and better veggies. Our compost is evaluated under a microscope regularly to confirm that the microorganism population is sufficient.
